Are all tracks in the same scale?
The scale varies by track. We carefully adjust the scale of each track to maintain visual consistency, while preserving their unique characteristics.

Are the tracks oriented to their real-world positions?
Yes, each track is oriented to its true geographical alignment, providing an accurate and authentic representation. Every frame includes a mounting bracket to help you display it perfectly on your wall.

How can I hang the frame on the wall?
Each frame is delivered with an integrated wall mounting bracket for easy installation. The frames can also be place on a table or desk.

How do you create your track maps?
The creation of our 3D track maps is a meticulous process involving advanced techniques.

Can I purchase just the track map data?
Unfortunately, our digital track map data is not for sale.

Each frame is securely packed using a combination of cardboard, foam, and styrofoam to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

How do I receive my frame?
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking information provided. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Are your products in stock?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. During high demand periods, fulfillment may take up to 3 weeks. Once fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I make my order a gift?
If you'd like your order to be a gift, please email us at sales@printexpansion.com after placing your order to ensure no invoice is included in the package.

Does the shipping cost include import duties or any other fees?
