Fuel in the veins

At Print Expansion, crafting our premium F1 frames is a meticulous process that ensures every piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Here's a glimpse into our step-by-step production journey

Background Creation

We kick things off by creating a background using overhead shots of the race track location.

Then, we cut it perfectly to fit the frame, making sure every detail snaps into place for a clean look

3D Track Printing

Our 3D printing locks in every curve and elevation, nailing the track’s exact look.

Each piece is crafted with precision, so you get a super smooth, polished finish

1:43 Model Car

Our cars are 1:43 scaled replicas of the real deal, coming straight from brands like Minichamps, Bburago, and Altaya.

They’re as close as you can get to the real deal, just mini-sized!

Frame Assembly

We securely lock the track and car onto the frame template, making sure everything stays rock solid.

Each piece is carefully screwed in by our team to keep it all in place, no wobbling here!

Before we call it a wrap, the frame goes through serious quality checks to make sure it’s perfect.

Final Product

Once it gets the green light, the frame is expertly packaged to protect it during transit.

It's then swiftly dispatched to you, ready to adorn your spaces with the thrill of Formula 1.

Our F1 frames are meticulously handcrafted, setting them apart from the rest.
