All shipments, if selected, come with tracking information, allowing you to track your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Once your order is fulfilled, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

4. Order Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 Weeks. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
In periods of high demand, orders may take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
6. International Shipping
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. The recipient is responsible for these charges, which are not included in the shipping cost.
7. Shipping Damage
While we take every precaution to package our frames securely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged frame, please inspect the item immediately upon arrival.
To be eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange due to shipping damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your item. Damages reported after this period are considered outside of our responsibility and will not qualify for compensation.
