Refund policy

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. However, if your frame arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To report a damaged item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@printexpansion.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged frame and the packaging.
  3. Once we review your submission, we will offer you one of the following options:
    • Replacement: We will send you a new frame at no extra cost.
    • Refund: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Exchange: You may exchange the damaged item for another frame of equal value.

Important: Reports made after 48 hours after delivery are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Damages reported outside of this time frame will not be our responsibility.


Returns for Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item that differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We may request photographs of the received item and its packaging.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, covering any shipping costs.


Refunds for Shipped Items

If you wish to request a refund for an item that has already been shipped but has not yet reached its destination, you will need to first receive the order and then return it to us at your own expense.

Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

Returns for Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

We understand that preferences can change. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return shipping costs for change of mind or unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product's cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Additional Notes

Print Expansion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
