When will my order ship?
Our frames are made-to-order. Typically, it takes about 1-2 weeks to create your frame, depending on demand. We always strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout, considering your order’s weight and destination.

How long does my order take to arrive?
Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping service. Below are estimated delivery times.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package is on the way.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Note for international shipments
Print Expansion is based in Portugal. International shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and duties.

 

Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to package our frames securely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged frame, please inspect the item immediately upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange due to shipping damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your item. Damages reported after this period are considered outside of our responsibility and will not qualify for compensation.
